An innovator in creative print solutions, Karen is Director of Marketing at AGS.
After starting her career in graphic art sales with the Eastman Kodak Company, she quickly zoomed up Kodak's corporate ladder, moving from Sales Representative to Creative Segment Manager to Dealer Marketing Manager. In 1992, she became Corporate Accounts Manager.
Karen joined DuPont as Print Media Manager one year later, where she was responsible for educating users and promoting printing and publishing products. Later she was appointed New Business Development Manager and then Global Brand Manager in the Color Proofing Business.
Ready to leave the corporate environment, Karen joined DocuSource, a fast-growing digital printing company, in 2001, as a Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Enjoying the entrepreneurial challenge, she became president and sole owner of DocuSource in early 2003.
The company’s rapid expansion caught the attention of AGS, which expanded its digital market share by purchasing DocuSource in November 2004.
Karen joined AGS as Director of Marketing, and is helping the company expand its digital solutions division through innovative marketing strategies. Karen frequently lectures to professional organizations about Printing-On-Demand.
